It might be a "barbarisme" but we say "Per fi" in Catalan, as well... Or if you want something more expressive "Ja era hora!"

Mícheart anseo:

faoi dheireadh = finally
as a dheireadh = i ndeireadh na dála = when all is said and done

Léigh mé an iontráil sin tamall ó shin. Dála an scéil, ní deirtear "nó ach" ("nó ach neamhghnách", "nó ach Éireannach"). Is leor "nó".

I think "letztendlich" is rather different -- more like "at the end" or "when all has been said and done". As in, "Letztendlich läuft das auf dasselbe hinaus" (it all amounts to the same thing in the end) or "Letztendlich kannst du eh nichts dagegen tun" (You can't do anything against it anyway).

"Endlich" is fine.
