And "spreadsheet program" is probably "Tabellenkalkulationsprogramm".

JAPANESE: 集計表, shuukeihyou, "total sheeet"; スプレッドシート, supureddoshiito, obvious loan word.
HEBREW: גִּלָּיוֹן אֶלֶקְטְרוֹנִי, gilayon elektroni, "electronic sheet"
CHEROKEE: Excellent question. I'm sure I could fudge it, but I wonder if this is a case where the English is predominately used (like "automobile").
BASQUE: kalkulu-orri, "calculation sheet", from Spanish.
RUSSIAN: электронная таблица, Elektronnaya tablitsa, "Electronic table".

We also just say "Excel", which in our pronunciation is something like "ESthel" if you're from somewhere monolingual in Spain or "EKSthel" if you're bilingual.

Funny thing, we say "EKSthel" in Catalan too, even not having the TH sound.
