I don't have enough background knowledge to be able to guess a particular language, but I'm thinking it sounds either East Asian (but not Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or Vietnamese) or something African.

Well, I guessed the right continent, anyway, though it took a Google search to get any closer than that. (Since I cheated, I won't answer in case someone else can come up with it cold.)

I honestly wish I could say I recognized this as a Chadic language, but I'm not that knowledgeable about this stuff. Hence:

1. Find the longest word in the sentence
2. Select it; right-click; select Google Search [requires Google Toolbar]
3. Note that the second link returned is "Hausa | BBC World Service"
