monshu particularly like the masala dosai for being lacier and crisper than what we've had elsewhere and I thought the uttapam with red onion was one of the single most beautiful pieces of food I've ever seen. Rounding out the meal were some tasty dahi vada with excellent texture (though I wish they hadn't doused it in so much tamarind sauce, since it made the yoghurt too cloyingly sweet to finish) and a honkin' big plate of bhel puri. Super satisfying.
