So I had basically the same thing for lunch as yesterday: deep-fried breaded chicken on white bread. But today it was Japanese, which makes it all different. It's called torikatsu. It was cut into neat little strips. And it came with token shreds of cabbage and a tangy sweet soy dipping sauce.

I'm just saying, katsu in general (and tonkatsu specifically) are good. Even IF they're just cutlets. ^_^
