Notes: Got caught in not one but two of these coming home last night. Real toadstranglers, too! I thought I was timing my departure for the beginning of the lull between them; instead the lull came once I was already on the shuttle and ended right after my stop. I stepped out into drizzle and within half a block, the sidewalks were covered in sheets of water. My brand-new shoes (bought less than two weeks ago) are still soaked; I wore [livejournal.com profile] monshu's to work.
