So, bitch whine moan. What--you may well ask--am I doing to be outgoing and social and generally not indulge in exactly the kind of behaviour I've been whingeing about?

1. Tonight I had dinner plans with monshu, Diego, Uncle Betty, and M³, of which more anon.
2. I'm trying to find room on the calendar for a long overdue date night with e.
3. I've been talking for ages about a Game Night for my bear friends and I may finally have found a date for it. Time to nail that down.
4. I promised my geek friends another cocktail party chez nous sooner rather than later. Maybe in early September, earlier if the weather turns?
5. I promised my older brother that we'd host him for a visit this year. I need to call my younger brother and get that sorted.
6. Pre-Touché cocktails are back! I missed this month due to Florida, but my bear co-worker is urging me to get back in the swing of things on the 7th.
7. Role-playing with rollick, Evil, and spookyfruit? Could it really be happening after all this time? Maybe, but first the bitch needs to call me back about our character-generating session.

Oh, and I'll be in Montréal from the 29th through the 2nd. Anyone want to meet up with me there? (Apparently I'll be spending the bulk of my time in Le Stud.)

Re #4: As a geek friend who hopes not to miss another one, just a heads-up that the Jewish High Holidays come early this year. :-)

(Though obviously, there are a lot of schedules to consider, not least yours, so no worries if you have to go with one of the weekends in question anyway. If so, we'll try to catch you on #3.)
