Cardiff Airport says "Mae bws gwennol…" in its cyrraedd y maes awyr > ar y trên section, but I don't know how widespread the use actually is, esp. as geiriadur ar-lein gives the primary meaning as "swallow."

Widespread enough--550 Ghits. I suspected that might be the term but I went and checked the GyA first; they don't list a term for "shuttle" in the sense of "shuttle bus" or "shuttle van".

Dim problem! As I don't have access to anything but online dictionaries at the moment, I figured there must be an official site with both a Welsh and an English version somewhere up there that used it—struck out with Cardiff Bus and the Shuttle100 service (Abertawe-Caerdydd) before finding it at the airport.

I really enjoy your WotD posts, by the way; as a heritage speaker of Chinese they often make me aware of the ways in which my use has been kind of shaped by how I learned it (when talking to my parents I'd probably say something like shuttle公共汽車, heh.
