I found Goya Frijoles Negro in Alcampo, but noticed the "Product of USA" on the label. From their website:
The premier source for authentic Latino cuisine, Goya Foods is the largest, Hispanic-owned food company in the United States. Founded in 1936 by Don Prudencio Unanue and his wife Carolina, both from Spain, the Goya story is as much about the importance of family as it is about achieving the American dream.
Company headquarters are in Secaucus, New Jersey (just across the pond from Bilbao.) Its owners, the Unanue family, are the second richest Hispanic family in the United States with a net worth of $750 million.
This explains why there were many Goya brand products at the Lucky supermarket in Alameda, California when I was there in May.
