Now I'm ruing being introduced to the awesome bear dude who applied for our half-time opening for the coming fiscal year. I have no idea what his chances are, but there are at least three other candidates and none of them is anywhere near as easy on the eyes. (Given that there's a good chance the new hire's workspace is going to be directly in my eyeline, this is not a trivial consideration.)
