monshu and I just watched episodes three and four of the second season of The IT Crowd. In 2.3, Roy is being continually thwarted in his efforts to watch a pirate DVD of a "South Korean zombie film". Near the end of the show, there's a close-up of the case and it bears the title 새벽의 황당한 저주, which translates as "Daybreak's Absurd Curse". Of course, I had to know whether this was a real movie or not, so I Googled the Hangul and discovered it's actually the Korean title of...go on, try it yourself!

Well to be fair the pun in the title doesn't quite work in Korean ... ^o^

Not only that, it doesn't in any way suggest the title of a Romero movie. Maybe it's playing on some other zombie film title, but I if so can't figure out which.

Aha! I didn't realise they'd used a completely different title for the Zack Snyder remake.
