I was was so pleased to see the sun shining when I woke up this morning. First time all week! I mean, as I said before, rain's good for the garden, but it's not necessarily aces for my mood. Besides, plants need sun, too! Then I went to lunch just now and not only was it overcast yet again but I got sprinkled on. WTF? Enough with the German weather, knock it off and start behaving like a decent Midwestern summer before I get ornery!

I didn't know it could be called that, but it's exactly what we've been having. Temperatures this last week? (In Celsius, of course... ;-)
Saturday 15, dropping to about 10, Sunday 20 to 25, Monday same, Tuesday morning about 30, plummeting to 20 around noon with a thunderstorm, and dropping further to about 15 over the course of the afternoon, Wednesday 12, same every day since, with sunny, scorching hot spells inbetween where you'd want to strip naked, alternating with stormwinds that knock pushbikes over.
Aaah!

Nah, Nah, Nah... spring is still holding sway until the middle of next month. I can't wait until we move to Tucson so that I can once again experience hot weather....
