Earlier this evening, I told monshu that I hadn't packed yet because I was figuring that the less time I left myself, the less time I would waste deciding what to pack and what to leave behind. It's probably my most brilliant rationalisation of procrastination ever. At least, if there were any real truth to it, would I have still have spent 15 minutes agonising over whether or not to bring a denim shirt?

So I think I'm ready for a week of family togetherness in the great outdoors followed by a few gay urban hipster days in the Bay Area. Speaking of the Bay Area--so far, chipuni is the only one to send me his local phone. (Well, and sfopanda, but genius that I am I managed to lose that.) So foodpoisoningsf, darkphuque, owenthomas, sliv_1, nashobabear, and anyone else who wants to see me, be sure you get yours to me over the next week. I check my LJ messages regularly, so that's a good way to reach me.

I sort-of pack the night before (at 3 AM or so) and properly pack the morning I leave.

Yes, this meant I forgot to bring any sort of wrap with me on my honeymoon on the Oregon coast.
