My poor agent so wanted to see me giddy. When I wasn't, she said, "Okay, I think NO ONE could've made this fun for you." She's right about that!

Well, there's still the inspection--both of the unit and the association. I'm deliberately trying not to become too attached to the place so that if the minutes send up all sorts of red flags, I'll still be able to pull out. We just found out they've had a special assessment, which is already a bit discouraging. The question now is: Fluke or one of many?
