Some of these (German, Dutch, French - I don't know any others) seem to mean maker of firesticks, not maker of marriages. I was under the impression that English had an accidental pun there. I think the Latin would be (nuptiarum) conciliator, German is Ehestifter(in) I can't find a agent noun for faire un bon (one hopes) mariage.
