kas nakhārad pusht-i man juz nākhun-i angusht-i man
person NEG-scratch-PRES-3S back-EZ I/me except nail-EZ finger-EZ I/me
"No one will scratch my back but my own fingernail."
A self-explanatory proverb, no? Note that, as with the previous phrase, English negates the pronoun whereas Persian negates the verb, i.e. كس نخارد kas nakhārad lit. "(a) person does/will not scratch". In positive sentences, كس kas can have the meaning of "someone, somebody".
