When I first spotted it on the menu, I was bewildered. My first thought was That looks like a Bolognese dialect spelling of a word for "flea-ridden".

Shit! As my father is from Puglia and my parents are still living there I had it in my mind for some seconds. But than I thought "why should it be this?" and I decided to be wrong.
