What kind law is it which states that right when you decide that you've got the leisure to do something else (like, oh, I dunno, write an LJ entry) at your desk job, that's the signal for the difficult clients to come forward? Now, I don't mind searching the occasional title for an elderly man who can't get the hang of our newfangled online catalog (that we've had for over two decades now), but could they at least be gracious about it? And a pizza delivery man who can't find a campus address is so not my problem. The fact that he doesn't carry a phone with him to call the client is even more so not my problem. And, out of the goodness of my heart, I will call the lab for him instead of shunting him off toward the public phones, but I'll be damned if I'm going to be the one to talk a paying client into walking a couple of blocks to pick up their pizza down here. If that happened to me, I'd have to be pretty extremely hungry not to tell him to go screw himself while I phoned Domino's.

The delivery guy not only wants the customer to come pick up his pizza, but wants you to ask the customer to do it !?!??! HA HA HA HA!!!

Let's just say it goes down on my all-time Don't-Order-From-Here List. (On the phone with the client, the driver complained he'd been driving around for 50-60 minutes. Hmm...cold sticking-to-the-box-lid pizza!)
