Yeah, I suppose actually having knowledge of the term "e-fit" would have drastically improved my initial interpretation of that headline. ^^;;;;

(I was thinking an e-fit is what people have all the time when they're arguing on the likes of LiveJournal. ^^;;;;)

I'm guessing e-fit is some kind of Britishism for identikit (a drawing of a suspect based on witness descriptions), so the headline means they're releasing some identifying material on a suspect they're trying to find. (Widow could be victim, or perp).
