New frontiers in student stupidity
![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
I'm walking back from lunch. I see a car parked off to one side with the driver's door ajar. There's a guy in the driver's seat and two more standing by the open door. I have a bad feeling, but I figure Who would be stupid enough to back out with his door ajar?
OH. MY. GOD.
He waited until I was right behind him, natch. I stood there for a moment thinking He's got to notice me but he continued not to, so I started saying "Yo! Yo!" to get his attention.
It wasn't easy, because he was on the phone the whole time. I finally had to walk up to the front seat and practically wave my arms in his face. The two guys standing nearby, who I assume were buddies of his, made absolutely no effort to stop him from running me down.
From now on, I'm calling this place "Midvale School for the Gifted".
