Balderdash your way to Spam®!

I'm sure everyone's familiar with the current spamming technique which involves sprinkling messages (particularly subject lines) with obscure words in order to bamboozle spam filters. Most of these are merely odd, but every once in a while, one catches my fancy. This one did:

bilabial teat baud

So today's contest is: A free can of Spam® to the person who comes up with the best definition for "bilabial teat baud".
