Bear Pride Report #4: Namedropping

muckefuckI was hoping to use this space for a post akin to ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
aadroma's, but it occurs to me that what LiveJournal names I had to drop, I pretty much have already. The only one I'm sure I left out is nulldev because I didn't realise I'd met him (serendipitously in line at Sidetrack on Monday) until late yesterday. Oh, and bigredchgo who discoursed with me about the merits of LJ. I saw builder at the dance but didn't really say anything to him because I'm a dork and forgot his real name even though I've been to his house before. And grunter, of course, who's as ubiquitous at Bear Pride as Absolut at Sidetrack. Actually, it was funny: I expected to be able to put more names and faces to bodies by the end of the weekend, but it turned out to be Old Home Week instead.
People I expected to see but didn't:drubear, October31, and their cuties (where were you guys??); Lee the Cop; Red Moustache Daddy; Daddy Bishop; bleepkeeper and Brian (actually, they warned me they wouldn't be there); blithwulf and fargonrob (likewise).
People I didn't expect to see but did: Peoria's Good Son, Don of Seattle, Dutes.
This is one weekend that always messes with my expectations.
