belgo-luxembourgeoise-néerlandaiseActually saw this on a document at work. Googling to confirm the spelling, I also turned up "germano-luxembourgo-belgo-néerlandaise" and "belgo-franco-luxembourgo-israélo-palestinienne". But neither of these has the feature I find most intriguing in the original, namely the double inflection. That is, I would've expected *belgo-luxembourgo-néerlandaise, with pseudo-classical linking vowels after each of the first two elements.
