I've had my share of sudden unexplained chest pains over the years, but none which felt quite so much like an MI as this one. The pain seems localised to my heart, my left arm feels stiff and slightly numb, and I'm a bit sweaty and dizzy in the head.
Then again, my left arm pretty much always feels more achy than my right one because it gets used for more stuff and it's an oppressively humid day, so I imagine everyone is feeling sweaty and a touch dizzy. Just in case, though, I popped a couple aspirin from a co-worker.
