Yesterday's bear coffee was a little different to usual. Instead of meeting at one of the regular spots, we converged on George's, an ice cream parlour in Andersonville. Right around 6 p.m. the weather turned chilly so it was blissfully uncrowded (but still noisy AF because of all the hard surfaces). I of course ate before I came, but some of the boys didn't. By 8:30 or so they were getting quite peckish.
After much debate, Jiggly and two others settled on Jerry's, a sandwich shop. I said I'd tag along because they were the guys I'd been trying to chat with anyhow and I knew I could get a ride home from one. When the server turned to me for my order, I said in a creep voice:
"I just came to watch."
(To help set the scene: We talked about weight at one point and I was the only guy there under 200#. If not for some recent weight loss on Jiggly's part, I'd've been the only one under 300#.)
He wasn't really sure what to make of that. We got a different reaction when another server came out with the plates. She looked at me, obviously worried she's forgotten an order. I repeated my line. She expressed her relief and we joked about me paying them to watch them eat.
Suddenly she got very confidential. She glanced toward a nearby table and then repositioned herself between it and us, leaned in, and said:
"I have a friend who meets this guy once a month and he pays her $250 just to rub his dick on her feet for five minutes."
"Oh, I've got someone like that!" Jiggly exclaimed brightly.
She left us with the words of wisdom of Marilyn Monroe: "If you're good at something, don't do it for free."
(I didn't actually give them any money, but I did leave a cash tip.)
