For the past week, every time I log into my personal e-mail account, I've been presented with a page-long announcement of how they're making a GREAT! service even BETTER! More storage space! (For which I'm thankful, since they tend to delete the contents of several of my folders if I even approach my quota.) Fewer delays! (Which I've bitched about enough in this space.) Less spam! (The major reason why I keep the account--it's never, ever received a single piece of spam. Hands up, anyone who can say that about one of your accounts.)

Today, I can't log in at all. No error message, just a slow death waiting for a response. Oh, the irony!

Wow. This would have really irritated me if I had actually gotten around to emailing the excellent pictures taken of you during my wedding weekend by Umm Ata Allah

You can always send them to Monshu! He never seems to have problems like this--he just needs to spend five minutes deleting spam every time he logs in. (I will recommend SpamAssassin to him, though; thanks, [livejournal.com profile] fengshui.)

I think I have an account or two that doesn't get any, but since they all forward into the same mailbox, I can't really tell.

I think Christina's ucsb account is spam-free, as well as her cabeen.org email, although I'm not sure. Every time I mention spam filtering on cabeen.org to her, she says she doesn't need it. Wierd.

Of course, with SpamAssassin, I don't see any of my spam anyways.
