(And I don't know whether I've talked about goals in French; the only context I have for the word is Francophones yelling [byt! byt!] when their team scores a goal. So I'm not sure whether the [t] is specific to this context or would commonly be pronounced even in running speach, e.g. when talking about your goals for next year.)
