Today's Korean feast

[muckefuck]

• 잡채 japchae
• 황태양념구이 (spicy grilled dried pollack)
• 김치만두 (kimchee mandu [stuffed dumplings])
• cold soba noodles
• torikatsu

The mandu got a little charred in the pan, but were otherwise perfect--not to mention perfectly huge! The dipping sauce for the soba had ice cubes in it, which was much appreciated on a stifling day like today. Jay and Hera both apologised for the lack of rice, but honestly I could've done without the cutlet as well! Mercifully, there was no dessert.
