What next, big sky?
I just finished rewatching The Ring on TNT. Sadly there are many minor flaws that emerge on a second viewing, plot holes and such which I happily ignored six years ago when I was caught up in the forward motion of the storyline. Still, it's a better-than-average horror-thriller, worth seeing again just for the scene where David Dorfman says, "You helped her? Why did you do that?", and one that has me in a delectable state of nerves.
So it's with no shame that I confess to getting a bit of a start when I heard an odd scratching sound at the windows. At first I thought it might be people outside or
monshu on the stairs, but there was a more liquid component to the sound. I went to the front room for a better look and soon was able to make out glistening ice pellets accumulating on the sills.
Sunny and mild tomorrow, however. Maybe I'll visit a graveyard.
