Coming up for air again

muckefuckThe schedule was supposed to be:
Thursday: Hauling and organising.
Friday: Painting and sorting.
Saturday: Touch-ups and cleaning.
Sunday: Staging and celebration.
But that schedule has predictably slipped. I still have more touch-ups to do and the cleaners did a less thorough job than expected, so I'll have to don my frilly apron and bust dust myself. On top of all that, I ended up having to toss half-sorted materials into a box in advance of the ceiling painter, so those will either have to be (a) hidden for every showing or (b) pulled out and gone through properly.
I might've been further along without so many breaks; on the other hand, I might've been in the same place and just more frazzled. God only knows where I'd be without![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
monshu at my elbow to haul futons to the garbage and scour hardware stores for replacement fixtures. Kudos to bunj and e. for seeing to it that I had a real fourth--complete with barbecued pork, jello, and hooligans blowing shit up in the alley.
