I have some ice cleats that I'm not entirely happy with, but they do help a lot. I am thinking of getting different ones, maybe some heavier-duty ones and some lighter-duty ones like the Yaktrax mentioned in the article.
Several women at work had legs/feet in casts. I wonder if the stats say middled-aged women take more falls than other sexes/ages? Anyway, I'd best get the cleats being a middle-aged woman myself.
