I feel better about my Spanish now.. I understand more words than before. But on others I have to guess.

alcanzar - achieve
bobería - stupidity?
bobo - stupid
borrador - eraser
beca - grant?
callejero - street person?
chaleco - a kind of coat?
chispa - spark?
gatear - to act like a cat??
pestañear - to flutter the eyelashes at someone?
terciopelo - sounds familiar.
tobillo - ankle
trocar - I want to think it has to do with Catalan "trucar" but that's "llamar" unless...
