Out of touch

muckefuckI belatedly discovered that there was some set-up to be done on my new phone before I could receive voicemails, so I apologise if anyone's tried calling me back recently and hasn't heard anything. Apparently, not only were people getting an off-putting warning message, but the phone wasn't even registering that anyone had called at all, leaving me completely in the dark about the whole situation.
Also, my personal e-mail is acting funny today, telling me there's an error any time I respond to someone. Apparently, though, some replies are getting through, since I've gotten a response to at least one of them. Patience, dear friends, while we sort this all out. In the meantime, LJ is still reliable, so why not post messages here? Feel free to be as cryptic as possible, even to the point anonymity, in order to preserve privacy and decorum. (And if you want to slam me for being a dope about modern means of communication, go right ahead.)
