So it looks like I'll be at Crew tonight (right next to the famous Green Mill) cheering on the World's Greatest Baseball Team in the opening game of the NLCS. If you'd can bring yourself to brave the miserable weather, feel free to come by and sip overpriced girly drinks with us. If you'd rather root for the Mets, I do hope you'll have the common decency to do so in the privacy of your own home.

I thought I saw in "Redeye" today that Crew was having an "Operation Runway" finale party tonight. Maybe they'll show the game during the post-show underwear modeling exhibition.

Or maybe they won't show it at all due to weather in NYC. I guess Mets players simply dissolve in rain like the vile creatures in the Gremlins movies.
