On the other hand, both the city and the state are talking about raising their share by fifty cents sometime this year.
It's already significantly cheaper for my fiancee to get on a PATH train, go to New Jersey, and buy a carton of cigarettes than to do so in New York City--even when figuring in the professional value of her time.
