stir frys are pretty darn healthy if you limit your oil use and stick to the "better" oils. chicken or turkey breast, shrimp, and (although i don't eat it) lean pork are all very good for you, and permissable with that diet. i'm not sure what stage allows mucho green vegetables (although i think it's damn silly to do this diet, btw, and watching your barbs should not mean watching your veggies, but hey-) but peppers, sprouts, carrots, onion, etc - they're all very good for you.
you just have to watch the noodles.

for me, avoiding sugars means making it myself.
