(no subject)

I think the last two days were well spent, but I'm too emotionally exhausted to be sure. Hopefully I'll have a better idea tomorrow, but the real test will be in the follow-up.

I guess I have an answer to the question, "Can the Cards win the Series without Yadi?" and it's not the one I hoped for.

I'm still reading and practicing my Irish, even if Saturday was a bust with respect to it. I can't say I didn't speak a word of Irish nor even that I didn't speak a sentence of it, but I didn't actual participate in any conversational exchanges, which was totally my fault. But I learned a lot and had some fun and who knows what will eventually come of it all.
