vianegativa when asked what we all had planned for our Friday night was, "I was going to watch a Buñuel film and ponder the emptiness of bourgeois existence." Thanks to another defective disc from NetFlix, I can only do the latter. #privilegedpersonsproblems Now I've got nothing to distract me from obsessing about the twitch in my left cheek which first appeared yesterday and seems to be getting worse.
At least I'll finally feel comfortable scheduling some appointments again now that the major one--monshu's surgery--has been nailed down. February 3rd is the date and since I don't know yet how long he'll be there or what his recovery will be like, I'll go ahead and clear my calendar. Now that we've decided to go ahead with it, I just want it behind us as soon as possible.
