Notes: When people see my nails, they often ask, "Doesn't it hurt when they break?" and my answer is, "Not usually." Today was on of those exceptions. While at Gethsemane asking about discount tree stands, I noticed that the pinky nail of my left hand had cracked below the quick. I was anxious to get back home and trim it lest it tear off and expose any more raw flesh than could be avoided. It still stings a bit, but I don't really notice unless I'm thinking about--or typing with it.
