Plus: Both Spiro and his son (also Spiro) were pretty easy on the eyes. In fact, if you put the son's chest and arms on the dad, you would have quite the treat.

Minus: The blower motor on the furnace is shot. $435 installed. At least they have one in stock--I guess that's the upside of owning a piece-of-crap developer's special.
