In their infinite wisdom, Chicago's city council have determined that the best way to halt the dread menace of tagging is to ban the sale of spray paint within the city limits because doubtless the average gangbanger doesn't have the wherewithal to, say, take the Howard line four stops into Evanston and buy it legally from the Ace Hardware there. Oh, well; it may for a pleasant stroll through downtown and I was able to treat myself to a tasty salad at Lulu's. I was looking for Cardinals cardinal, but the nearest they could come was "International Harvester red". Should set off the deep green and blue of the lobelia nicely.
