Plastered to the ground outside are black-and-red flyers for an upcoming LARP. I decided to tease a gothy MUSHing co-worker about them. She said she was going to contact the group in hopes of finding other VTM card game players, but wasn't interested in joining a LARP because the players were so annoying. She went on to say:

At least normal gamers have some measure of self-respect and decency.

I get the irony, and that is cute. But, what does she consider a "normal gamer". I'm just not sure what that means in this context. Please provide three examples and support them with sufficient emotional conviction to avoid any pretense of needing data. Thank you.
