Yeah, Nick Gillespie makes a reasoned case for how the two controvesies will play out differently, but this is simply observational. I was hoping for a principled argument on how and why they should be handled differently. So far, nothing from the Volokh Conspiracy, but it's only in the past couple of days that I've seen pundits draw a link between the two cases and the results of the NBA investigation won't be made public until tomorrow.
