Technical difficulties
I'd love to post an entry about my most recent Argyle St. restaurant experience, but Monshu's dying monitor is, if anything, more frustrating now than the last time. Besides, I should be asleep by now so I can prepare for my big day tomorrow (
tbearpsy and
builder's party followed by the Return of Monshu--which, if fate shines on me, means celebratory sodomy. Whoo-hoo!).
I checked my personal e-mail account (the one that never gets spam--and I mean never ever) and found 52 unread messages. With one or two exceptions, they were all notifications of responses to my comments or my journal, some of which had been delayed for over a week. (Other mail hasn't taken that long, so I'm guessing there's some particularly heinous interaction between my ISP and LiveJournal.)
It's official: This journal has plugged the yawning hole in my life that opened with my departure from Usenet.
