You're right, klasseren is better than classificeren. I've heard it, too, albeit not very often. However, I think the word we're looking for is rangschikken. The sentence would then be, Rangschik dit onder 'B'.

I think in Flemish I would associate rangschikken with objects, rather than files. I might use it when asking someone to put a bunch of canned vegetables, or goods on display in a store in a certain order, but I would use klasseren for files of paperwork in an office situation.
