Random quote for bunj

Anyone feel like attempting a translation?
Pour les zombis, Bungie a simplement dit que le problème était réglé. Ils ont recu des feedbacks pas mal des zombis. S'il y en a, ca risque d'être pas mal moins "saute dans face".

From Babelfish:

For the zombis, Bungie simply said that the problem was regulated. They received feedbacks not badly zombis. If there is, Ca is likely to be not badly less "change in face".

Oddly enough, it does sound like something I would say.

For the zombies, Bungie simply said that it's a normal (regulated?) problem. They received feedback that they were not bad zombies. If there is [a problem], it is likely not hard to change the face.

That's my best bet.

The first sentence is basically "For the zombies, Bungie simply said the problem was fixed." (maybe 'was solved'? The literal 'regulated' doesn't seem to fit right.)

"They recieved feedback 'not bad' about the zombies." That's pretty clear.

"If there is, that is likely to be 'not bad' less 'jumps in the face'." I'm guessing that's an idiom like 'smack in the face' i.e. 'glaringly obvious/alarming.'

But someone with more experience with french and computer-programming lingo can do better.

As for zombies, Bungie just said that the problem was solved. They got a fair amount of feedback on the zombies. If there are any, they'll probably be a lot less "in your face".

('saute dans face' is usually an expression of anger, but since we're talking about Bungie, I'm kind of assuming that they mean video-game zombies who leap out at you or something.)

I would like this better if it was about bungie-jumping zombies and their problems with snap-back, but that's okay because it's not hard for one to get a new face.

As far as the zombies were concerned, Bungie-jumping could be said to be simply a matter of measurement. They (the zombies) got some reasonably good feedback. There was relatively little risk of them getting their faces fried.

The language of love--and ZOMBIES!

This sounds like exactly the translation [livejournal.com profile] caitalainn was looking for.

* ca risque d'être pas mal moins "saute dans face"

you would never say *"pas mal moins" in French, not mentionning **"saute dans face" of course :))
(sorry, I don't know where this sentence comes from and why you needed its translation, but I couldn't NOT comment on that!)
