By the way, I just got royally ripped off by General Books (p'raps the name should've tipped me off), who very generously printed on demand for me... the raw OCR garbage they got (or, probably, google books got) by scanning an out of copyright translation of his Voyages to the East Indies. Perfectly illegible.
They had the decency to inform the not so cautious purchaser on Amazon, it seems, that it might be garbage, but not on the reseller site where I found them. It seems other "publishers" are doing this too. No doubt all old hat to you: new to me.
But I still like "Splinter" for a middle name. Very TMNT.
