Notes: What these flowers all have in common is that I don't associate them with this stage of spring. In my mind, they're all "summer flowers". Several of them do bloom into the summer, but still I don't expect to see them out before lilies-of-the-valley, much less tulips.

(You may have noticed the conspicuous absence of Irish from the table. Despite the multiplication of online resources for Irish vocabulary, I still have the damnedest time tracking down plant names. An bhfuil aon réiteach ag éinne agaibh?)
