Roll out the Pillsbury (or store brand) sugar cookie dough on pizza stone and bake. Cool completely. Spread a mixture of 1 8oz. block cream cheese and 1/2 cup of sugar. I would put kiwi slices and strawberries with a wide variety of peeps (in rainbow colors) over the cream cheese mixture.
If you like, you can drizzle with chocolate sauce (because everything is better with chocolate drizzled on it.)
