Scheissheisselwetter

Yay, dumplings! My Chinese coworker brought me a Ziploc bag of homemade jiaozi that somebody (v. vague on this pt.) had given her. Fortunately, I always have a pair of chopsticks handy (that's me--where Boy Scout and foodie collide!) so I was able to scarf them down in the staff lounge. SO YUMMY!

So, given that the sleet has now become a full-fledged blizzard, how crazy on a scale from "1" to "batshit" would it be to go ahead with my plans to jaunt down to the Container Store tonight and buy a couple pieces? On the plus side, I'm guessing there won't be a lot of other customers. On the down side, getting a cab back could be problematic. Thoughts?

If I want to have a hard time understanding the dialogs in an Asterix book, I can read the French version, too!

Interesting; I would have been tempted to spell that last word "aaluege", but Google finds five times as many hits for your spelling.

Shows how familiar I am with that particular dialect group!
